Has anyone found a solution???

This is totally unacceptable as far as I'm concerned...any upgrades from R8 whatever to R8.0.2 seem to have this issue. Renaming/Removing the bookmark.nsf or desktop6.ndk files are not an option...we have very specific/standard desktops that we use within our organization. I'm between a rock and a hard place right now...IBM is telling me the only fix for a different problem we're having is a an upgrade to R8.0.2, but something like this is definitely a show stopper.

By the way something else I've tried is copying the names.nsf file via the os and pasting into the same directory, then renaming the current names.nsf to oldnames.nsf and renaming the copy to names.nsf and re-launching seems to work for one or two client launches. Then I get the same problem. I'm ready to roll everything back to 7.0.3 to be honest and I'm a STAUNCH notes supporter, but this is crazy.

ANY help with this would be greatly appreciated...something that actually works, I should say.
